About

I have been practicing massage since graduating from East West College of the Healing arts located in Portland, OR in 2005. The bulk of my career has been spent working alongside a local chiropractor, where the focus has been primarily on injury recovery and prevention.

I’ve worked with the elderly, disabled, athletes, children and everyone in between. By working with such a diverse clientele, I’ve learned that variety and a combination of techniques work best. I use a fusion of Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Relaxation to create a balanced, therapeutic experience.

I am an avid outdoors person and I enjoy hiking, walking, lifting weights, camping, 4-wheeling and traveling all along with my husband, daughter and our 2 fur babies.
